What are these spots on my 2yr old?

They are raised clear little bumps

Almost like when someone burnt me with a cigarette years ago, I got a blister where the burn was. But he has absolutely not been burnt. He's not been out of my sight.

Anyone have any ideas? I asked if they hurt and he said no - Hmmmm....

Agree with sunshine meg

Thank you!

They could be, although they don't seem to be dimpled in the middle. More shiny and blister like

I wish kids came with a manual

I also think they look like molluscum. Both my children have had it, not all the spots get dimples.
