My DS9 has been approached to train with a couple of football club academies. He is a slight child and is very active but I am worried about him doing too much activity to what he eats. I want him to feel tip top with all the extra training.

Can anyone recommend any meal plans/menus (even a link online) so I can begin to meal plan before I do my grocery shopping.

Hi, I have an example meal plan here that I use for my DS10 .

Give you an idea what sort of foods tonne giving him and it's also just as important the time he eats before training/games etc.
