Do boys testicles hurt at the start of puberty?

Just that really. 11 and a half and a few mild changes...B.O and a few pubes. But wondered if it's normal for testicles to hurt? He describes it as when he squeezes them between his legs they hurt a bit

I suggest you start by telling him not to squeeze them.
