DD is 3. This appeared this morning. She hasn't trapped it or daughter it on anything. What could it be? She seems fine in herself but is a little tired (possibly due to warmer weather). I majorly suffer from health anxiety so would appreciate any advice as I tend to work myself into a state over these things.
