Teen has been experiencing a on going cold for a good couple of months now , but only just realised she has a large red lump at the back of her nose. Should I be worried ? Don't want to attact a picture as it's pretty gross but hasnt had no pain , but has had earache . And no its not a pimple . thankyou .
