Can diarrhoea be a symptom of chicken pox?

DS (4y) came down with chicken pox 10 days ago, now back at nursery as all spots have scabbed.

DD (17mos) has obviously been exposed but no spots yet. She's had a runny nose for a couple of days and has been quite cranky. Today she's developed horrid diarrhoea, not contained by her nappies. Just wondering if anyone else's child has had similar before chicken pox, or is it likely to be something else?

Thanks, I am just hoping she doesn't have two different viruses to contend with at the same time!
