Noticed around an hour ago he has like 3 red dots in his eye, looks more like one bigger one in pics I think. Any idea what it could be? Should I be worried?

It's likely just a little blood vessel that has burst - has he rubbed his eye or sneezed vigorously?

First stop should be to the optician. They'll either diagnose or tell you to go to a doctor.

He hasn't done anything to it that I'm aware of and he hasn't complained about it

It's just a little blood vessel burst. He's probably just rubbed it or poked himself in the eye. Think of it as a little bruise, it'll go in a few days.

My dd scratched herself in the eye, was only little but I still had to take her to the nearest hospital that could deal with eyes.
She had to have drops for a week.
Would Deffo get that looked at today by the gp at least.
