Chest infection does dd need to go back to the dr?

Dd is 3 a month ago she had a short course of antibiotics for a chest infection.
Last week she was under the weather but got worse yesterday so took her to the dr.
Dr said infection hadn't cleared up from previous time so prescribed a higher dose and longer course of antibiotics and a blue inhaler.
Today she was brighter but now she has a wheeze and is coughing constantly.
I don't know wether to ring ooh or see how she goes overnight.
What would you do?

If she is wheezing and the blue inhaler is not working I would be inclined to take her to ooh.

How often are you giving the blue inhaler and how many puffs? You can give up to ten.
