Our 4 year old son as had a spot on the nape of his neck for the past 3 months and it’s not cleared up. I can feel it when we wash his hair. Does anyone know what this could be and why it’s not gone away? He does get his neck trimmed with the clippers at hairdressers sometimes, and he also had a white headed spot near the area a few weeks ago.
