Used Vamousse on nits, now we have dandruff!

Vamousse worked very well....but now we are flakey of head...it's not eggs as it's very flat scaly bits.
Any suggestions for a shampoo mild enough for the hair of DD age 11 and DS age 9 (and me age 42!)

I'm sure head and shoulders would be fine, though you coupd try dentinox. You could also try putting a load of coconut oil on your scalps for a couple of hours, then washing off. Sounds like your scalps might need some tlc.

Thank you, how do you get the coconut oil off? Apply shampoo directly before water?

Using head and shoulders once on my DS was enough to cure his dry scalp. I had been using coconut oil for years and it made it slightly better but didn't resolve the problem. But his scalp was very dry.
