my son has had what I assumed to be an enlarged taste bud for a few weeks. I was just assuming it would get better but if anything its getting larger 3-4mm and is slightly below the tip of his tongue.
It doesn't hurt or anything. He is 6 and has his adult front teeth but still has a gap so may be rubbing his tongue between them
Any ideas?
