When young babies (1-3 months) have stomach bugs what is the difference in symptoms between them and older children? And how do you tell the difference between profuse posseting and vomiting?
My toddler has had a stomach bug and it's obvious because she retches and vomits and has diarrhoea, but with my baby it could just be a particularly possety day.
