DS was ill last week with a tummy bug - vomiting and a bit of a fever which was gone in a day. I then got it 3 days later (I had vomiting and diarrhea and a slight raise in temp). DD today (3 days after me) said she is feeling sick and now has a temp of 38.3, stomach pains and is burping a fair bit and they stink and she said they taste eggy. She is scared of being sick so is quite anxious but so far no vomiting or diarrhea.
Could this all be the same virus even though the symptoms are different?
