Under weather and rash on tops feet - with pics

Any ideas at all?! Hard to see in pics. She looks v tired and red eyed. No raised temp at mo. Come on quite quickly today. She did look tired this morning but has been playing well with friend.

Maybe scarlet fever

She's been lively and playing again, but crashed and now says her foot really hurts. Both feet have rash and maybe slightly on legs. She has poorly looking eyes, if u know what I mean!! No raised temp.
