Can cradle come back in toddlerhood?

Ds had cradle cap as a baby. Plenty of dentinox shampoo and all gone.

Now noticed at 15 months it has come back. Never did this with Dd

Can it?

My three and half year old still has quite bad cradle cap. And my 5 year old has only recently lost all of his. It's not just a baby thing

I'm quite surprised it's come back..I thought once it was gone that was it but no. May have to invest in some more dentinox i suppose
