Please help- abroad on holiday DS foreskin stuck

Hi! Any GPs out there? DS just slipped in the bath (so he says!)He is 3 by the way. His foreskin has been pulled back and is bright red. It appears to be stuck like that. He was distressed has calmed down a bit but won't let us touch it. Doesn't seem to be going back to normal. Do we find a doctor?

Yes you should as it can cut off the blood supply. Will he not let you help ?

Gosh yes, DS had similar with foreskin stuck, had to be sedated and unstuck by dr. Don't try to do it yourself, go to a&e.

Hi thanks all. Sorry for dropping out of the conversation but he wouldn't let us near him so I found out there was a doctor in the resort and we legged it there. He used saline then an anaesthetic gel and sorted it in seconds. Glad we didn't try it ourselves though. Just posting to say thanks and in case anyone else has the same problem in the future. It was quite traumatic for all at the time but all fine now!
