DS is sick... often. Not ill, just sick. I can't figure out why, so thought someone out there might be able to help!
He vomits a generous amount almost every day. I can't seem to pin down a trigger.
If he's a bit run down, then milk usually kicks him off.
Sometimes he gags on a piece of food (he's been having lumpy food for months without a problem), but instead of bringing up the food in question, he'll vomit all of his dinner back up 
Tonight, I think he was overtired. He threw up with no warning - took out his pjs, my clothes and shoes, DD's book, 3 stairs, most of the kitchen, and 2 walls 
I spoke to the HV yesterday, but she seemed more concerned on what's going in, than what's coming out, while looking a bit non-plussed.
The childminder is starting to get grumpy about me sending him when he's been sick, but if I kept him off every time he'd never be there! He doesn't seem to do it at her house so she's not really witnessed it properly.
Do you think there's something sinister going on? I don't know whether to take him to the doctors, but I can't keep going like this! Are some kids just like this, and it's something he'll grow out of?
