DD 18 months seems to have a weird collection of symptoms.

  • she's full of cold
  • running a slight temperature
  • drinking as normal but weeing less
  • her wet nappy this morning smelt a bit fishy

Would you take her to the gp tomorrow or not?

I think the cold is not relevant but the less urine output and smell would make me think urine infection
So yes, I would take her

See I was wondering urine infection but confused as I thought they usually wee more with those? Will be giving them a call in the morning!

They usually cry a lot (it huts a lot) if it's a UTI. And run fierce high temperture. tbh, she sounds fine, I wouldn't take her for those things.

Tbh a nurse can do a urine dip so you could just ask for a Sample bottle and do it that way.
Fish smell is not normal and added with temp and not weeing as much I would guess that's the issue.
But of course a guess is all it is
