what is this on my baby's face?

My 8 month old has had red marks on his face since Monday, they seem to be getting worse. They aren't bothering him though.
Does anyone know what they might be?

Does he have a dummy? It could be dribble making his cheeks red, or even teething.
I'd always say go to your gp if you're worried though, it could be anything. Or even just pop to a pharmacy and see if they can recommend anything.

Hm. Could just be chaffing from dribble. Could be mild eczema, now it is starting to get cold. I would get your Dr/HV to have a look.

More than likely the dribble getting stuck under the dummy. My 8 month old gets it too, I put metanium cream on it and it's almost healed the next morning. Amazing stuff.

Looks like a dribble rash to me. He is gorgeous, by the way. Lovely chubby, squeezable cheeks. :)
