betnovate 0.025 for eczema

Anyone have any experiences using this steroid cream. We've just completed 10 day course (drs orders) for my sons eczema. It cleared pretty much completely but has started to return already!(few days later)

What to do now!?!

Not much help but I use betnovate for my own eczema. It works well at getting rid of it but then it comes back again, so I use it again. Have been using it on and off for years. I don't use it if there's just a rash, I only use when it starts to itch or hurt.

Did you just use it or did you use an emollient too?
Remember infrequent baths. No scented bubbles. Watch what you wash clothes in.
