Hello :) This is my first post so hope I am posting in the right area.
My 3 year old recently started to make a gasping sound frequently throughout the day. It stops whilst he sleeps. It sounds like the gasp for air children make at the end of a cry or laugh. It actually was triggered from an hysterical crying episode. The crying stopped, but the noise has stayed with him ever since. 7 weeks and counting now.
I have started him on Feingold Diet which is low salicylates and no artificial colours, additives or preservatives. It is so difficult finding food for him! I was hoping I may be able to find some Mums in the UK that have any knowledge of the diet and ideas on which foods to offer him? The only people I can find so far are from the US and not really very keen to help unfortunately unless I pay 70 dollars for a membership to Feingold and in return they give me a food list that only details american brands. I am happy to pay but obviously want brands from the UK. Fingers crossed I can find some help on here....
