What to do?

Only took her temp as she felt a wee bit warm. She is eating and drinking ok today (bf mainly but taking a little food now) although is a little bit more grouchy than usual.

No other symptoms or anything untoward.

Do I just need to keep an eye?

Just keep an eye. She's not teeny tiny newborn so just keep taking her temp every 3-4 hrs. Keep BFing her.

Teething? DD's once got up to 39 when she was cutting 3 teeth at once. Otherwise absolutely fine - was a bit scary though. Lasted for 3 or 4 days.

Well she has no teeth so I am expecting a few soon-ish lol.

She seems ok. Not sure why my bloody thermometer is giving several different readings. I usually take temp until I get the same reading 2-3 times in a row but today they've all been different?

I wouldn't do anything. If she's miserable give calpol, but 38 isn't a really high temperature.

If she's not showing any obvious symptoms of anything else, such as a uti or ear infection or isn't having trouble breathing them just leave it. As long as she's taking fluids and having wet nappies.
