Worried I've poisoned my children!

Gave them left over beef from yesterday. I minced it and heated thru.

Both had about 4/5 mouthfuls and I was sorting out some beef for DH and I later when I found a dead fly and a slice of meat covered in eggs! Yuk yuk. Stopped them eating anymore.

They didn't eat much but worried they'll get ill.

I'm emetophobic so be gentle

It's a bit yukky but if you cut up the beef and minced it you would probably have seen if anything was on the bit you made for dcs, also you say you reheated it and as long as it was piping hot that should kill most germs.
