worried about 11 month old and BBQ smoke?

I don't want to sound like a crazy mum but I'm worried about BBQ smoke. We are just home from a BBQ where it was pretty smokey, we were mostly inside but my little boy does smell of smoke (as do I). We came home to have a bath and then bed but he fell asleep on the way home so I put him to bed as is! He's sleeping in the t shirt he was wearing and his hair smells like smoke. Is this a health hazard leaving him like this overnight? Could the smokey smell of his clothes/hair cause him any damage? Maybe this is all me being ridiculous but something about the BBQ smoke is making me slightly uneasy! Should I wake him up and bath him? Any wisdom appreciated!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Don't wake him up, he'll be absolutely fine OP. You are over worrying.

Wait til he's 18 and you find out he's taken up smoking - then worry.

It has never even crossed my mind to ever worry about the exposure of my children to a BBQ.
