Anyone had a child with one of these - bit worried

DD is 5 and I have noticed a lump on her foot. I have posted on general health but just wondered if might be able to reassure me. I have made an appointment with GP next week. It's a firm lump. Not painful but obviously rubs on shoe. Could it be a ganglion?

Yes when dd was about 3, was indeed diagnosed as a ganglion, seems to have gone away now...

Oh thank you so much vimto was it on her foot too? Did she to have x ray or did the dr just diagnose it.
