Any ideas? Sudden deep red rash (flat extensive area) has developed, across backs of both hands. With fluctuating joint pain? Hands are very hot. Cheeks look a bit pink too. (Has had cold like symptoms for last week.) No light sensitivity, no stiff neck etc.
