DS1 has had a cold for a fortnight now and although he's now in a 'normal' mood (he wasn't last week when it was as its worst), the cough is still lingering and causing him to gag a lot. Nights are the worst and he's waking constantly. He's barely eaten food now in 2 weeks, before this kicked off he was doing brilliantly, eating 3 meals a day and had just started sleeping through the night so we're now going backwards...???? I saw the GP a week ago who gave me stuff for his weeping eyes and didnt say much else. HV has said 'he'll eat when he's ready' so no concern from either. He's getting enough fluids but I'm really worried, not so much about his weight which is fine, but more his attitude to food. When he does eat, he'll only eat certain things (mainly just avocado) and I fear that he won't go back to the way he was. Any experience in this from anyone else?
