Does anyone know what this could be? She has a horrible cold too. She's just turning 1 tomorrow.

Does she have a fever? If you have not already done so, why not call NHS direct- 111?

Poor thing, I hope she feels better for her bday!

Did you happen to notice a couple of spots yesterday and there's more today? Are more appearing? It looks a bit like chicken Pox. I'd give Calpol etc for the cold and go to the doctors tomorrow.
