Should I wait until the next dose or try and give her some more? It was the first dose....

My DS did this, I was told by the dr to wait until the next dose.

Ok, thanks. We're only just back from the doctors and I was hoping to get two doses in out day, but will try again again at my bed time. She is not a toddler, she should know better. She is now refusing to eat, refusing pain medicine and I am at my wits' end!
