Wondering if should mention this to the GP, as he says it has happened several times over the last few weeks. Does anyone know what it could be? Am terrified as DH has crohn's

Probably piles from pushing to hard.

It could be that she'll be starting her period soon, or it could be a urine infection maybe?

My friend thought she'd started her period when she was a kid, but it turned out to be a water infection.

Take him to the GP if you're not sure but likely to be a fissure (small tear). Is it fresh blood? Plenty of fluids to keep the stools soft.
