Gum hanging down from my teething toddler's upper gum

My 13 month old has 8 teeth and is cutting more. On the top left he now has a piece of gum hanging down. It looks a bit like a polyp and is the same colour as his gum, is not sore but looks very strange. Never happened with his other teeth. Is this normal or anything to worry about?

Thank you. That is exactly what it looks like but my google efforts didn't come up with that one! I took him to the dentist today who said it is a form of eruption cyst and it will burst, shrivel and drop off (nice!)
