DS penis seems very tight round base, skin seems strained - normal??

DS' penis seems very tight at the base. Seems very small in circumference compared to the rest of his penis. The skin almost seems taut.

DH is concerned that it may cause him erection problems when he's older (he's only 1 at the moment, so not an issue!) I always thought it was just the way he's made, but DH is getting more and more concerned about it, and wants to see if anything can be done. (I'm thinking probably not, as it is the base, so anything would be very invasive.)

Has anyone heard or seen anything like this? Is it an issue? I wasn't concerned, but DH's concern has now worried me. I've googled and can't seem to find anything about it.

Why don't you ask the health visitor / doctor? At least then you'd know; at the moment you're crossing a bridge that you don't even know exists iyswim?

I suppose part of the reason I haven't been so far is that I think they might think I'm neurotic! If DH hadn't kept bringing it up I probably wouldn't bother.

Same here. It always seems a little pink/dry like eczema but its never bothered him.
