My 5 month old DD started with a D&V bug in the early hours of Tuesday morning (caught from some visiting relatives who failed to inform us they'd had it the previous day 
). We went to primary care and our GP as she needed rehydration powder as she couldn't keep her milk down. She hasn't vomited since Tuesday but has had very wet explosive nappies since then. Should we be worried as it's day 5 now or should we wait and see until Monday and then book another GP appointment if she's no better. She's my first and frankly I'm useless with people being sick, etc so I don't really know what to do.
