Daughter says hand is sore after sitting on it?

My 10 year old says her left hand is sore after sitting on it says she was going down the slide then stood up then says she lost her balance then sat on her hand it's not sore all the time just when she moves her fingers and it's not a constant pain I can't see any bruises or swelling

maybe she pulled a muscle in her hand. It will just need time to heal again

Still says it's sore to stretch the fingers out I'll see how it is in the morning then might take a trip to the hospital
