Groin and stomach pain in 7 year old dd, what could it be?

For the past week or so she's been complaining of groin pain, stomach pain, and the occasional headache. Not at the same time and they tend to come and go. We were away last week so I just put it down to being in a different environment. But it's persisted in to this week.

Google doesn't really turn anything up. I'm thinking maybe a urine infection? I've got an appointment with the GP on Friday, would have been sooner but dd won't go near a male doctor for something like this. She's very sensitive and shy with anything to do with that area.

Just to add she has a tendency to ne a bit of drama queen and in the past has said she's had pains or similar only to make a miraculous recovery when it meant she couldn't go on a day out or similar. Which is why I didn't get her seen to sooner, she also tends to copy me quite a lot and I'm forever moaning I've got a headache hangover or stomach pain eating shite. Blush
