What to do when your baby suffers from eczema?

Could you pls help me?

My 15-month-old son suffers badly from eczema on his skin.

It went so bad that today our GP has to give him antibiotics.

Do you have any tip that may work?

What creams do you use? Do you see a dermatologist?
