Should both creases where the legs join their bottom be in the same place?

I always thought so - DS's are different. One leg has one crease, and the other has two creases, on each side of where the one is on the other leg. He's very active, walked early, runs, climbs and shows no signs of problems - would I be an overly paranoid mum to take him to get it checked out?

It can be a sign of hip dysplasia, but it can also be perfectly normal. Could you pop into a baby clinic and ask a health visitor?
