1 inch bullseye mark/rash, now faded

Should I be worrying about this mark on my son's shoulder? It appeared suddenly and before I could get a good photo it's fading. From the time we noticed to now it's been about 40 minutes.

He's fine in himself, no pain, no fever, and is playing actively.

When I first saw it I thought tick bite and Lyme disease but I don't think it fits.

Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?

I would phone NHS Direct or OOH for advice. Better safe than sorry.

Is it a midge bite. I'm covered in them and they look just like that.
