Toddler diarrhoea with no other symptoms

My nearly 3 year old has had diarrhoea for the past couple of days, but otherwise seems happy and healthy with a normal appetite. Has anyone any ideas what this is? How long should I leave it before taking her to the GP? Thanks!

My dd just had this... I happened to be at the GP for me and asked and she said that as long as toddler was well and eating that it was probably a minor bug and not to worry. Said to bring in a stool sample if it went on for longer than 10 days. It didn't!!

Thanks for that. Still going today, so I will keep an eye on it!
