Hi, when changing my DS earlier he had a very slight smear of what looked like blood in his poo - which was also more green and mucousy than normal. His other poos today have been fine, although he has pooed a bit more than usual.
He seems happy and content otherwise, feeding well and shows no sign of being in pain or discomfort so I am not hugely worried (yet!). We're going to the drop in clinic tomorrow to get him weighed anyway so I will mention it then but I just wondered if anyone else has had this and got a good explanation for it.
