How long does a scarlet fever rash last with antibiotics?

Ds is suffering from scarlet fever since last Wednesday and then came down with chicken pox since last Friday. He still has a sore throat and also the scarlet fever rash. How long will the scarlet fever rash last if on antibotics?

Sorry will mention I am unsure if some of the spots are chicken pox or scarlett fever. Little tiny raised red dots. Original scarlet fever was more like sunburn so is this just chicken pox. Some of these spots have been there for several days but haven't got any bigger or gone crusty. Some of chicken pox spots have got bigger and crusted over.

Anyone? I am worried as its a week now. Anyone have a child with scarlet fever that can tell me how long the rash lasted.
