Hi, I need some advice.

Background- 11week old DS, ebf, growing well, feeding well, usually big poo in am and 2/3 later in the day.

Tuesday- no poo, writhing pain, screaming and sleepy, gp initially v patronising and said "needs a good feed, call in 2 hrs if no change", get home, lo screams himself to sleep. Sent to see paediatrician who administered glycerin chip which worked a trick!! Cue happy baby.

Wednesday - no poo but less discomfort. Feeds well, saw osteopath (I was seeing her so just asked to have him looked at) said not too backed up, massaged and predicted good results.

Thursday - no poo, discomfort, no wind, feeding well but also sleepy, go to see gp again, prescribed glycerin chip, give stood back but nothing!

Lo is miserable and clingy.

I have tried warm baths, cycling legs, tummy massage, tummy time, cooled boiled water, cuddles and praying to every god but nothing.

What am I missing? what is going on? I am so worried.

any advice or hands to hold appreciated xx

it can be quite normal for breastfed babies to go 7-10 days without pooing without it being an issue
