Legs hurt when she sits on chair, toilet?

Dd (3) says her legs hurt at the back of her knees when she sits at dining chairs or on the loo. She will suddenly grab her leg/legs and really cry and say she can't stand and needs picking up.
I think she gets pins and needles?
She can't explain it, just says it hurts her, she used to have bad exthma behind her legs but it has gone so not that.
I find it strange this happens to her all the time.
As a baby her legs measured different lengths and she dragged them behind her and walked late but scans showed they were in place and are now the same length but I worry there is still a problem.
Thanks
