MMR vaccine & swollen lymph nodes in groin Area

Can anyone offer advice, my lo had the MMR vaccine 10 days ago and has been out of sorts since and this afternoon developed pea sized swollen lymph nodes on her groin area - rhs bigger than lhs. Went to doctor and they said it was result of ear and throat infection - but I'm not convinced I've a the correct diagnosis.
Has anyone had similar symptoms with their children?

Not own experience but have heard of it, however, would always suggest a second opinion if you're worried.

I'm having the same problem.
My 16 month old had the mmr vaccine on march 18th.
A week later we noticed lumps on the right side of groin area..
His pediatrcian was on cacation so, i took him to night pediatrics.. They freaked out and told me I had to get him checked by hematologist...
I mentioned he had the MMR vaccine and they said it had nothing to do with it.. I said it was listed on CDC.gov as a side effect of vaccine but they didn't believe it was that..
Took him to another pediatrician next day and got order for blood work. They called to say everything came out within normal range and to take him to his ped as soon as she came back (3days later)..
His dr. saw him and say lets wait a week..
So, today is a week later and his lymph nodes are still swollen.. And I'm so worried :'(
They didn't grow or got worse but I'm not sure if they are any smaller..
My gut instinct tells me it is an effect of vaccine, but I guess doctors don't like to admit that.. And in the mean time I'm freaking out ':(
