Where can I find trousers that fit a 13 year old

Hello All, my DS is 13 years old 4"11 and 35 inch waist, which I know is quite big for his age and height but I can't find school pants which fit him, he currently wears a size 12-13 which are visibly too tight for him as you can see the strain on the button and the halfway- up zip. I currently get his pants from M&S and sometimes Sainsburys, does anybody know a good place for larger children's uniform ?

bhs also has older boys trousers including generous fit

BHS do a 'generous' size in school uniform. My. DS1 was built like a rugby player until he shot up recently, and I had to buy his trousers from that range. Next online also do a generous fit. Leg length is the same, but larger waist.
