7 month old vomiting but needs to feed to sleep

How do I deal with this one? He can't sleep as feeling ill - been sick after three feeds today. He keeps wanting to feed but I can't see how this will result in anything but a lot more vomiting.
Anyone got experience and top tips ?

Personally, I'd just feed him.

Current advice is to carry on offering feeds. He may be sick again but he probably needs the fluid, and it won't harm him. Hope he feels better soon.

I would feed too. Keep offering. Breastmilk is easy to digest so even if it only stays down a short while he will get something from it. I HATE sickness bugs, hope he feels better soon.

Thanks for replies - amazingly the bed time feed stayed down. He fed for ages so obviously he knew what he wanted. Feeding again now - fingers crossed.

Keep feeding him. It will keep him hydrated and also act as pain relief if he has any tummy cramps. Not to mention comforting him :-) hope he is better soon x
