Worried about dd 's mental health

My partner threatened suicide in front of our children 10 weeks ago, police were called and he was admitted to secure psychiatric unit for 2 weeks .
Dd is 10 and is having nightmares/
flashbacks/disturbed sleep is also moody and am worried as she is also not eating a lot.
School have been very supportive and have got the school nurse in to speak to her .

I am worried this all progressing to something more serious and don't know what to do.

That's a hell of a lot for a 10yo to take on board. I would have a chat with your GP, to explore sources of support, as better to look into it now than let things progress.
