Random fishy smelling poo in my 7month old nappy

Hi my 7 month old baby had a poo in the morning that caused him to have a very saw nappy rash. He latter had a small yellow/ green runny poo that smelled awfull like dead fish. Why has this happend ? Hmm

Teething causes acid poos. It's something to do with all the dribble they swallow.
