Can't figure out this rash...

3 year old DD has a really light pinprick rash over her body-it is blanching, a high temperature today and red watery eyes. She's fine with it, a bit tired but eating normally. There's been a lot of chicken pox about but it just doesn't look like that.
Not brilliantly keen on going to the docs to be given antibiotics she won't take for some unexplained viral illness that's probably self limiting.
Having said that I would like to know what it is??

Could it be scarlet fever? What does her tongue look like?

You could ask a pharmacist, it may be a viral rash, however, I any imagine a GP would prescribe an antibiotics unnecessarily.

Has she had her MMR? It sounds a bit like rubella. I'm sure on the NHS Choices website there's a page with pictures of various viral rashes on, might be worth a look?

Here's a good guide to rashes

She's had her MMR a while ago and her tongue is fine nice and pink. I've googled all the rashes and I'm not sure what fits...
Last time we were at the docs they prescribed antibiotics for an ear infection that was actually tonsillitis which has really knocked my confidence in them. Plus she's never been able to take antibiotics-long story of being held down by docs etc and throwing them up, no disguising or bribery worked.

Went to the docs after DD has had high-40 temperature since last night. Thought it might be strep throat. Anyway doc says no to tonsillitis and strep and doesn't know what it is...
Always so annoying having unexplained rashes and high temperatures.
