Suspicious spots on 4 yo's forehead- he's already had chicken pox

He's in good spirits, eating and no temperature. He definitely had c pox a couple of years ago, and they don't look like those sort of spots.

There are about 4 in varying sizes. They actually look like normal teenage spots!

Any idea what it could be? Are there any other nasty childhood illnesses that produce spots like these that anyone is aware of? He has had all his immunisations.

He's supposed to go to nursery today.

You can have chicken pox more than once. DS(4)'s had it twice.

Does your DS have eczema? Just thinking about other causes for the spots. Has he been wearing a woolly hat which may have caused him to sweat?

Hi Peter

Yes he was wearing a hat most of yesterday, so I thought that might be a possibility.

No eczema history. Didn't know you could get pox twice though! Sad
